Way Fun Weekend

This weekend was a blast. First on Saturday night Devon went to the Suns game with Garrett so Krystal & I went to see 27 Dresses which was adorable and hilarious, so I reccomend it to any female who wants to see a romantic comedy with a handsome male. That is the only thing I don't have a picture of on here! Then on Saturday was my sister Alyssa's baby shower for sweet Casen and it was a blast. There is a pic of my adorable nieces pigging out with chocolate on their faces from the chocolate fountain :). The bottom picture is of her and her best friend Melissa (Since they were young) at the shower. Then I went straight from that to my good friend Lacy Augustin's bridal shower. She is going to marry Steffan Dotson on Feb. 2nd! That was way fun getting to hang out with my girlfriends. Then after that we had Mike & Cara, Colby & Greg, Heidi & Jason, & Lacy & Steffan over to make tin foil dinners and cobler in our back yard where Devon made a fire pit. It was so much fun & this is a picture of the guys tending the fire.

Some of my goals for the new year

I am so excited to start my new year! This year is a little different because I am married so my goals have turned into mine & our goals. Here are just a few:

  • Eat healthy every day of the week (I discovered a depressing thing- my temple dress is suddenly smaller in the arms so I can't really lift them as high as I would like...sad!)
  • Sweets only on the weekends
  • Exercise every day
  • Go to the temple every week
  • Study the scriptures- don't just read them
  • Find a service opportunity every day
  • Be a better wife every second
